Born in Monroe, Los Angeles, Meredith Pardue obtained a B.F.A in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design in 1998 and a M.F.A in Painting from the Parsons School of Design, NY.
Following her art studies and education, Pardue travelled extensively across the U.S., finding and drawing inspiration from the varied regions and coasts of the South, Pacific Northwest, and Northeast. She is an acclaimed contemporary artist whose work has been widely recognised for its abstract botanical forms and scenes derived from nature.
Today, Pardue’s work continues to gain critical acclaim and are prominently displayed in several private and notable corporate collections including ExxonMobil Houston Headquarters, J. Crew Corporate Headquarters, Genstar Capital, BBVA Compass Bank, The Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, Oceania Cruise Lines, Ritz Carlton at Tyson’s Corner Virginia, Baylor, Scott + White Children’s Hospital, University of Texas at Austin, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her work has been exhibited worldwide and has been published in a variety of periodicals including Modern Luxury Interiors Texas, Architectural Digest, Dwell, and New American Paintings.
