Call me Frank (b.1986) is an artist from Knokke, Belgium.
He makes artwork using a mixed media technique on Perspex. Combining a drawing, the painting and the thickness of the Perspex to create depth and perspective in his work. His subjects range from portraits to anecdotal themes, landscape and architecture. He constantly looks for images that are interesting both graphically and aesthetically.
The pseudonym comes from the expression ‘to be frank’, meaning to be sincere and sometimes brutally honest, which is a goal the artist strives toward.
